EXPOSURE
1994-2001:
At least 7 years in community development work: worked directly with various non-government organizations and community-based organizations engaging in environmental, women's rights advocacy and community health concerns. Involvement includes community organizing, conduct of training and education programs, networking and advocacy.
2001-to date:
At least 5 years involvement in religious formation: currently work in a religious institution tasked to provide contextualized, transformative and inclusive religious formation for young men and women religious and missionaries.
